I booked an appointment two days ago for a tree consultation and quote, yet when I spoke with Mr. Diaz, I was met with an incredibly dismissive and adamant attitude. He insisted the job was "already done," despite the fact that we had never met and this was our very first phone conversation. It was clear he had me confused with another client, but he refused to listen to my explanation or even consider that a mistake had been made on his end. Being spoken to in such a bad manner before a project even begins is a major red flag.
